What kind of background/training do you have with guitar/piano/singing?

next to none. i took guitar lessons for a few months when i was like 15. other than that i sort of just learned by doing, recording myself, hearing what sounded like shit, and trying not to do those things any more.

the lack of time to really prepare food has definitely had kind of a crappy effect. i eat fast food way too often. dinner is usually cereal, peanut butter by the spoonful, or yogurt. i wish i had the energy to do more.
