Yeah, Chris Evans is a really talented dude who's made some bad choices. But he's great in Sunshine. I hope this is good. He's a good choice, although i'm not down with this whole young Cap thing they're going for.

she's the government official who put the suicide squad together. she's anti-superhero. or likes to use them for govt gain. like the suicide squad are those villains who she uses so they can get amnesty.
