Because he was a fuck up big time. He was written up many times for screwing simple things up simply by not paying close enough attention. On top of that his production was really low and he's a fat fucker with sleep apnea so he had a tendency to fall asleep at his desk.

Unfortunately for him I was pretty meticulous about documenting everything so there's a good chance he's fucked
