Human League are very different than Men At Work - they are synth-new wave- pop - Men At Work is more New Wave-Guitar-Pop - but yeah I could see some similarities.

If you listen to early Human League before Phil Oakley joined the band they were a full blown Electro-Synth-Krautrock unit like that of Gary Numan and Kraftwerk, Can and Neu!
